Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Kindly include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund if applicable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
Opened or used nail sets
Custom orders
Sale or discounted items
