    Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective

  • Damaged or Defective Item

    If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Kindly include:

    Your order number

    Clear photos of the item and packaging

    A brief description of the issue

    We’ll review your claim and do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund if applicable.

  • Processing Time

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider..

  • Non-Refundable Item

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

    Opened or used nail sets

    Custom orders

    Sale or discounted items
